Today the 19th of February, 2018. The final match of Ramat Cup was played at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano. The final was between the host team Kano State and Lagos State.
The atmosphere was electrifying, lots of fans came out with their family and friends in their number to watch the final which was the 36th edition of the competition.
His Excellency, the executive governor of Kano State Abdullahi Umar Ganduje was the special guest of honor.
How we started the match:

Midfielders : Udofia (4), Miracle (8), Lawal (10)
Attackers : Yusuf (9) Favour (7) , Moses (11)
Lagos state (Oasis fc ) did not start the match well as they conceded in the first five minutes of the game, 10 minutes later Azeez Habeeb jersey number 5 of Lagos was shown a straight red card for handling the ball in his box. The center referee wasted no time in pointing to the spot, awarding a penalty to the host team which they converted to a goal.
The first half ended 2- 0 in favour of the host team who were also the defending champions.
Lagos State came into the second half with fresh determination, in spite the fact that the whole fans were in support of the home team. Kumasi Moses, Lagos state Jersey Number 14 scored from close range to bring the game alive.
The game ended 2-1 in fovour of Kano State, Lagos State finished second while Kwara State finished in third place.
Oasis football academy goal keeper, Oyenuga Farouq was given the best goal keeper of the tournament
The three states would represent Nigeria in an international competition according to the organizers (youth sports federation of Nigeria)
Our boys would be leaving Kano for Lagos very early tomorrow morning.
To team Lagos (Oasis Football Club) the outing in Kano State was a big success and we believe the boys have not only made the MD/CEO of Oasis Football Club happy, but the entire Lagosians.
