Oasis Football Academy under 16 team on Tuesday the 30th January, played a friendly match at the Abati Barracks, Ojuelegba against Love World Football Academy. The match was organized by the management of Oasis F.C to evaluate and prepare the players that would represent the team in RAMAT CUP 2018.

Coach Tunde opted for a 4-3-3 formation as he named Ali Yusuf to spare head his attacking line up.

The game went as planned for Coach Tunde and his boys as his top striker, Ali Yusuf scored two goals in the first half of the game.

The first half of the game ended 2-1 in favour of Oasis football academy.

The second half started with the same tempo, as the visitors came out strongly, but Oasis football academy boys were not vulnerable in defense.

In the 75th minutes of the game, Monday Gabriel converted a direct free kick outside the penalty area, the game ended 3- 1 in favour of Oasis Football Academy.

According to Oasis football academy’s gaffer after the match, he said  his boys played to instructions, coach Tunde continued  “it was a good game with a positive result. “Before we travel to Kano State for RAMAT CUP, we would still play some matches and we would continue to improve in our game, I believe so much in the team”

The annual Late Gen. Murtala Ramat Mohammed Youth soccer tournament for U-16 Boys, is scheduled to take place from the 12th – 19th of February, 2018 in Kano, Kano state.

Oasis football club academy would represent Lagos state in the 2018 edition of Ramat Cup.
