It was a prominent victory for OASIS FC B team, the much anticipated friendly match between FCB ESCOLA soccer school Lagos and Oasis FC B team took place on Saturday, 2nd December, 2017. The match was played at the Teslim Balogun Stadium Surulere, Lagos which is the training ground of the ESCOLA boys. The atmosphere was electrifying and the fans of both teams were anxious to hear the kick off whistle. OASIS FC’s coach Tunde Atari opted for a 4-3-3 formation.

The match started 2:30pm Nigeria time, as expected FCB ESCOLA enjoyed more possession of the ball in the early stage of the game but Oasis fc’ defense line led by captain Abubakar Abduraman were not venerable. In spite the fact that the two teams created chances in the first half of the game it ended goalless.
OASIS FC came out of the dressing room for the second half, a more organized and better side, in the 65th and 70th minutes Nathaniel Amada and Samuel Ofuasia were substituted for Muhammed Abdulhameed and Ibrahim Otolorin respectively. FCB ESCOLA entertained their fans with the traditional FC Barcelona of Spain Style (Tikitaka).
In the 82nd minute Oasis FC coach brought in a super sub Joshua Ezedike, and he scored in the 86th minutes with his head from a well delivered cross from Aminu Ibrahim.
The game ended 1- 0 in favour of Oasis FC B.
According to coach Tunde Atari of Oasis FC the victory against FCB ESCOLA would boost the morale of his boys, he continued “we are delighted with the result of the game and we would continue to work hard. “Our team is still a WORK IN PROGRESS, we would get their one day”
